🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Overview

Girija Trading, the parent company and proprietor of Sumit Mukhwas, is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and safe manner across India. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India. Delivery to remote or rural pin codes may take additional time. You can verify serviceability by entering your pin code on the checkout page.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary by state and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum threshold displayed on the checkout page (typically ₹500).
• Orders below the free-shipping threshold incur a nominal delivery fee based on the delivery destination state.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of partial returns.

4. Delivery Timelines

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. These are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS with tracking details.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

• Do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier to return it.
• If already accepted, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

9. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders are available for select pin codes. For COD orders:

• Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.
• Please keep the exact change ready to avoid inconvenience.
• Unverified or suspicious COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

11. Online Payments (Razorpay)

Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Your payment data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

12. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within the Republic of India.
