7. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online Payment (Razorpay): UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. All online transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway compliant with RBI guidelines.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes. Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. COD orders may be cancelled if the courier partner cannot verify the delivery address.
All online payments are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service. In case of payment failure, the amount will be auto-refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days as per RBI guidelines.
8. Cancellation
- By You: You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per our return policy.
- By Us: We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
9. Returns and Refunds
- Being a food product, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order with photographic evidence.
- Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your provided bank account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns.
10. Food Safety and Allergens
- Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts, seeds, dairy, and gluten-containing ingredients.
- While we follow strict hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI compliant), we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
